Paso Robles wedding at Cass Winery

Danae and Zane’s Paso Robles wedding at Cass Winery was basically a love letter to fall and to wine country, with a lot of style and zero stuffiness. They tied the knot in November, when the vineyard vines were just turning and the air felt crisp in that cozy, romantic way that requires a glass of red wine and a packed dance floor.

Vineyard-inspired details

From the very first detail, their celebration felt intentional and playful. Their invitation suite featured cork accents (yep, actual cork), which served as a clever nod to the vineyards and the weekend they had planned for their guests. Danae and Zane hosted everything at Cass Winery, from the rehearsal dinner to the welcome party to the day-after brunch. If you came to celebrate them, you were living your best wine-country life all weekend long.

The ceremony took place under Cass’s iconic oak tree. The trunk was wrapped in flowers (like the tree itself was dressed up for the occasion, AHH!), and the aisle was layered with vintage rugs that felt romantic and bohemian. It was intimate and warm, and the weather was perfect: not too hot, not too chilly (until the sun went down, but by then everyone had moved inside for dinner in the barrel room).

Paso Robles wedding reception

Black bentwood chairs grounded the reception space, while burgundy and peach florals mixed with autumn leaves for all the moody fall vibes. Above the dance floor was a dramatic chandelier lighting installation by Bella Vista Designs. It was stunning before anyone even walked in, and then it just got better when the party started. The dance floor was simply packed once toasts had wrapped up (I was actually a little surprised so many people made it to brunch the next morning!).

Danae and Zane’s wedding was joyful, relaxed, and full of thoughtful details that reflected who they are and what they love. It was a fabulous weekend of great wine and great people.
